Booking An Appointment

Booking an appointment with me is easy through the booking platform, Cojilio. All piercing appointments require a $15 deposit. While not all piercings need a consultation, you can schedule one beforehand if you have questions or want to ensure you have the appropriate anatomy suited for the piercing you want. Appointments can be booked up to a month in advance.

Getting to the Studio

Sometimes Google and Apple Maps can have a hard time finding my studio. Here are some helpful directions to ensure you arrive smoothly.

Address: 7211 Sawmill Rd, Dublin, Ohio

From I-270: Take the Sawmill Rd exit and head north

On Sawmill Rd: Continue north to Bright Rd Turn left onto Bright Rd: Please note that Bright Rd is currently closed to eastbound traffic, so it is only accessible from Sawmill Rd.

On Bright Rd: Turn left onto Inverness Ct. On Inverness Ct: My studio is located in the last building on the left (7211 Sawmill Rd.)

Landmarks: My studio is across Sawmill Rd from Taco Bell, Wendy's, and McDonald's.

Arriving at the Studio

When you arrive at Body Mods by Michele, there is ample free parking in the lot accessible from Inverness Court. I am in building 7211. Enter the building and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. My studio is located in Room C in Suite 200 named “Perfections of Dublin.” Upon entering Suite 200, you will see a waiting room on the right. Please check in on your phone and wait for me there! If you need to use the bathroom, continue to walk through the waiting room and it will be the first door on the right.

Before Your Piercing

The first thing I want to do is get a better understanding of your piercing goals to ensure you achieve your desired outcome. We can discuss budget and lifestyle and you can browse through the selection of jewelry, holding pieces up to see if you like the size and placement. We can also use additional tools, such as placement rings, to help you visualize the final look. Once you've made your choice, you'll sign a consent form along with an autoclave strip so you can see, without a shadow of a doubt, that your jewelry has been sterilized. We'll also discuss the piercing procedure and go over aftercare instructions so you can be fully prepared for your new piercing.

During Your Piercing

During your piercing appointment, I prioritize making you feel as comfortable as possible. I'll guide you in mindful breathing exercises to help you manage any discomfort you have. As someone who doesn't like being surprised, I make sure not to surprise my clients either. I will talk through the procedure step by step as I'm doing it. However, I understand and respect that some clients may prefer not to have things explained in detail. Please note this in the special requests section when making your appointment or feel free to tell me at the time of your appointment. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process.

After Your Piercing

I like to give my clients some time to sit and relax post-piercing. I feel this time is essential for making sure you feel steady and comfortable before heading out. I will collect any payment due and I will provide you with both written aftercare instructions and my contact information should you have any questions or concerns after your appointment. Your well-being and the successful healing of your piercing are my top priorities.
